Bath, Somerset

Nestled in the historic city of Bath, the Thirns Skin Health Clinic sits at the heart of our brand. Here, founder Olga Brennand personally delivers bespoke, natural facial treatments crafted around our signature, plant-based, and chemical-free formulations. Every session begins with a detailed skin
consultation, followed by Thirns’ signature sculpting face massage designed to lift the contours of the face. A bespoke, deeply purifying, and skin-nourishing treatment follows, using our carefully crafted botanical blends, made to order by Olga. The atmosphere is calm and restorative, a sanctuary where advanced science meets organic luxury. Each tailored treatment is built to both relax and transform. Free parking is available just outside the clinic.

Located in the peaceful North
Norfolk countryside, Olga offers ultra-exclusive skincare appointments in the
tranquil town of Holt, in an elegant treatment room located in the high-end
beauty store, Beauty by Paul Wilkins Creative. This intimate clinic mirrors the
ethos of Olga’s Bath Clinic: slow, considered rituals informed by nature and
modern skin science. Every facial is bespoke, using custom-blended Thirns
products, each designed to support each client’s unique skin metabolism, and
includes an in-depth consultation and advice on a personalised home skincare
regimen. The rural backdrop of the Holt Thirns Clinic enhances the restorative
quality of each treatment, making every visit feel like a mini retreat grounded
in botanical purity. Parking is available within close proximity to the
clinic.

Olga offers bespoke facial
treatments at the highly exclusive Aventi Aesthetics Clinic in Fitzrovia,
London, an established centre of excellence in facial treatments, medical
aesthetics, and training. In this discreet space, Olga leverages her decades of
professional experience in skincare and high-performance facials. The Thirns
London Clinic combines Olga’s signature sculpting face massage, luxuriously
custom-blended Thirns formulations, and expert skin analysis to deliver
visible, lasting results in the heart of the city. Every treatment is designed
to offer a powerful, personalised ritual that supports skin health over time,
offering a moment of calm and tranquillity amidst busy city life. The clinic is
close to several Underground stations, including Goodge Street Station, Great
Portland Street Station, and Regent’s Park Station.

Olga is a highly trained skincare specialist and a member of the Guild of Therapy Lecturers. For more than two decades, she has worked with some of the world’s leading, premium skincare brands. In 2022 Olga set out to create a luxury clean beauty brand, harnessing her expertise in advanced skincare and her belief in the power of plant-based ingredients.
